These terms govern portaficta demand experiments and the related evidence, media, domains, leads, and handover materials.

Who contracts with you
Your agreement is with Space Island Ltd, at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom WC2H 9JQ, the operator of portaficta.
The service
portaficta shapes an approved offer page and ads with you, runs the demand experiment, and reports the evidence as it develops. You receive the reusable page and ad assets and access to leads collected with consent. The service does not include the working product, application backend, customer accounts, fulfilment, or transaction system behind the offer.
Who may use it
You must be able to enter a binding agreement, provide accurate information, have authority to submit the idea and materials, and use the service only for lawful products, audiences, and claims.
Free use and the unlock
Building, publishing and collecting sign-ups on a page is free. A one-time $50 platform fee unlocks the collected leads, the full results, and AI image and logo generation, and is required before we run any ads. The fee is shown before you pay and is separate from media and domain purchases. Payment is confirmed only after the payment provider's signed webhook is accepted, not from a browser return page.
Media and domains
You approve the ad budget and any increase, and pay the approved amount to us before any spend. We buy the media from the advertising platform in our own ad accounts and charge it at cost with no markup, plus any VAT that applies. You do not need an advertising account. Media already delivered is non-refundable; unspent media is refunded after the campaign stops. On request, we transfer the brand's social page to you at handover. A custom domain is optional and purchased at cost after you approve the quoted price. You own and control any custom domain from the beginning.
Your approvals
You review the hypothesis, claims, generated materials, preview, media amount, and any domain purchase before the corresponding work begins. You are responsible for information and assets you supply and for confirming that the approved claims are supportable.
Cancellation and refunds
You can take the platform fee back in full from Billing within 14 days of paying, as long as you have not yet opened your leads (viewed, downloaded or exported them), generated an AI image or launched a campaign for the idea. The refund goes to the original payment method and locks the idea again; your page stays published. In the EU, the EEA and the UK, you ask us at checkout to start the unlock at once and agree that your 14-day right to withdraw ends when it starts; the refund above still applies. A permanent activation failure receives an automatic refund. Later service failures and exceptional refund requests are reviewed individually. Activation means the selected page is reachable, its form works, and you can access leads after the required ownership, consent, and publication approvals. Payment, free sharing, campaign launch, and receiving a visitor lead are separate events. We return unspent media funding and refund failed domain purchases; delivered media and a successfully registered domain cannot be refunded. Nothing here removes a mandatory cooling-off, cancellation, conformity, or refund right.
Evidence limits
Results describe the tested audience, proposition, materials, period, and spend. A lead is evidence of interest, not revenue. No result guarantees payment, retention, market size, future campaign performance, or investment outcome.
Materials and leads
Subject to third-party licences, you receive the agreed exportable page and ad materials, release history, evidence record and, once unlocked, consented leads. You may reuse the assets and advertise independently. portaficta retains records required for security, finance, consent proof, and disputes.
Availability
The initial production service is a single-node beta with no availability guarantee. Planned or unplanned interruptions may occur. Published status and incident records describe observations; they do not create a service-level agreement.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights relating to digital content, services, cancellation and remedies. If mandatory consumer law conflicts with these terms, that law prevails to the extent of the conflict.
Liability
You decide whether to build, change, test again, or stop. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, consequential, special, or speculative loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, or a decision made from experiment results. portaficta's aggregate liability for an order is capped at the platform fees you paid for that order. No exclusion or cap applies where law prohibits it, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or a non-excludable data-protection breach.
Suspension and termination
We may pause or refuse work for unlawful, unsafe, deceptive, infringing, or operationally untestable propositions, suspected abuse, unpaid orders, or provider-policy risk. Immediate takedown remains available for a running test.
Governing law and disputes
These terms and non-contractual disputes are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without limiting mandatory consumer protections under the laws of your habitual residence. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum, the parties submit disputes to the courts of England and Wales, without limiting any right you have as a consumer to bring proceedings in your local courts. Before filing a claim, each party should give the other a reasonable opportunity to resolve it.
